Clarence Greenergy delivered a 271kW rooftop solar system across eight tenancies, achieving a strong 75% on-site energy consumption rate and maximising the use of clean, locally generated power during peak trading hours. With zero capital outlay required from both the landlord and tenants, the system is expected to generate over $20,000 in annual electricity savings for participating businesses. In addition to immediate cost benefits, tenants now have greater protection against future energy price increases and have reduced their carbon footprint. The project was delivered on time and within budget, supporting more efficient and resilient day-to-day operations across the centre.
